I've actually had one of my photomanips ripped before...I had it signed with my name on a border - easy to remove. They didn't even do that much. Proves my point.

When people post it on other sites they usually don't even bother to change the file name so it's sooo easy to spot.

Recently I caught someone on another board I go on ripping people's signatures....he'd put his name on in paint and claim he made the sig. It was so obvious he didn't. Man did we lay into him

lets face it---ANYTHING can be clone stamped one way or another---it might even look a little bit different but it can be done. put text on your sig for recognition, and then if there is someone desperate enough to rip it, so be it. That just shows they're pathetic.

Yeah not only do I place my forum name on my work but I also place my real name with the copyright. I also do it going across my work. I know this messes it up but ^_^ it looks good but no one would want it at the same time lol.

I've never had my work ripped...

I am starting to get sick of putting text, since text ruins a sig a lot of times...

So I don't really give a damn if someone rips my work..

    :/

    It is just virtual pleasures..:/

Not real art, like the Mona Lisa..:P

A lot of us do other things than just sigs.

I do digital art that I do sell, so when people rip it it does hurt me.

    yeah i agree
ripping sigs is not that bad
but if its a big piece that you want to sell
and someone else rips it and sells it, it really hurts
but there is nothing you can do about :(
