I was reading a sociology book today and i thought about of my friend (who has been locked up) and it occured to me to ask myself do we live in a society that believes that crime is not neccasary? Im of the belief that although its not nice crime is an important of our society even if its not the most liked. So i woder does anyone have an opinion on the subject?
facts are we live in a corrupted world with some twisted people out and about walking the streets. crime will never end
as long as there is a drive to have better stuff than somebody, have more than somebody, and be better than somebody, there will always be crime
could go farther into that logic but brought up some good points then you gotta question the structre of your lifestyle by asking your self what should be legal and what should be illegal.
I did not claim crime would end but is it neccesary if you think about it without crime arctects would not design prisons if the arcitect didnt design the prison then theyre would be no need for builders to make it, a huge part of the insurence industry would collapse security specialists wouldnt need to install home security like it or not for a lot of people crime is important part of making money
it also depends where you live there was a servey done recently that says in some parts of canada 80% of the home owners dont lock there doors because theres such a low crime rate.
the ambition of people to have more than others is, and always will be a quality we carry. It is past the point where having an even life for everyone is impossible; we would need 6 more Earths with full resources in order to have everyone in the world be treated with Canadian and American standards. Canadians and Americans also strive to be the best, and in order to succeed in the over-populated world some result to crime(stealing). The human brain is also varies, and telling how a person's mentallity is impossible, so some will always be corrupted and have the urge to break teh law.
there should not be LAW. personally, i feel that human beings have been destroyed by natural evolution, i think that if we were all cavemen, killing and fighting for our food, we would be better off, no joke, i think about that everyday. human beings have no will to survive, if i have no food, i go to the grocery, rather than getting my spear and killing some dinosaur. physically, we are regressing. humans were supposed to be, humans are supposed to be intellectual, killing machines made to run. now we are fat, sacks of crap sorrupted by the idea of society and money.
For me ive grown up with crime i walk down the street i see the people selling counterfeit ciggerettes, people selling phone/bike, gangs walking around looking for fights etc so from my perspective although i will be happy if crime ended tommorow i dont see a way it can its so neccesary for so many peoples survival (legitimate or not)
its evolution though, wich is inevidable. short fuse learn to question yourself and the views of others then being rude.
without law is chaos. Do you really think without law you'd be alive today? 1 word out of line to someone and you'd be dead.
In some ways your right a society without law would have no crime but the problem with that is that without law people are free to make theyre own law and then we have the same problem of crime
Crime would never end, As you see I am from Mexico and there is a lot of Crime,Corruption, No Law, etc. I think American is the country that has more law than other country that I know. As you see little kids play with "Fake Guns" as they play with guns they are growing up. When they become an adult they still think that having a gun it's not something seriesly. So each day Crime increases ;(, sad but true. As you see crime is in our lives each day. You see new games of people killing other people, movies, tv shows, music, etc. So I think we won't stop crime ever. The most citys that has more crime is L.A I always watch the News and as you see you would see fights in the school Mexicans & African Americans, Americans & Mexicans, etc. Even on school is hard to control, imagen a city, state, country.
