Ipb Setup

i need help to setup my ipb form
it is ipb 2.0.0

i need help fast and right now

i have cpanal and an ftp acount
i have gone through most of the steps on seting it up but i am stuck on
Changing And Modifying (CHMOD) File Permissions
that step is taking me back
so yeah anyhelp is appriciated ^_^

CHMOD is for changeing your files/dirs permisions.
From your cpanel you can use the FileManager or, faster you can login to your host account with any FTP Client (i use SmartFTP and/or FlashFXP) and right click t your file or dir and change the CHMOD
