Ahh ok..well I dont know much bout Intel cpu's...I'm an AMD kinda guy but it seems like a decent system. if its for gaming i say go amd, maybe... amd athlon 3800 x2 or amd athlon 3800 of course then you'd have to change the mobo too.. and yea, I'm like an AMD fanboy, so what!
I'm just an intel kinda guy I guess, lol. And the credit card transactions and stuff have already gone through anyways (Rush service, 3 bucks) so I cant change anything now Edit: Totaled at $1,679.75 w/ shipping
Yeah first build. I got a relativly good idea of what I'm doing I think. I'm in a computer electronics class too so I'll be able to possibly end up building it there somewhat, Any suggestions for building the thing? (where to start, precautions, ect?)
Amen to that comrade ^_^ Dont bother with a barebones system unless your gonna use it in the lounge and have it as a center piece of your home theatre system other wise your better off with a normal mid case anyway the added space will mean that you can have space for future upgrades ^_^ Have a look at these cases if your willing to pay a bit more for your case you can get some pretty stylish cases from Lian Li have a look at this SITE
