i have seen a few premium members leaving in the last few months, and i was wondering shouldn't normal members be allowed to have premium status for free everytime a premium person leaves? i mean if one premium person leaves, a normal person just one, should get promoted to premium, don't ya think? i mean this will increase postingness of that member and letting all those bonuses go to waste is a damn shame, and all those premiums who leave and claim to never come back should be deleted, so if they do tough cookies, ya?

They usually give they're creds away or something... Or they keep them because they plan on returning.

I think it's a pretty stupid idea, lol... Not the way things should work.

Other members would be pissed about it though... Creating "NO FOR FREE PREMIUM LEFT-OVER ACCOUNTS!" tags and all that.

    No .

GR gets funding from people buying memberships. If they didn't get funding, we'd be on slower servers and would be somewhat likely to close. You want to risk the site?

The whole reason of premium membership is to get money so the forum can stay alive, if they were to give away peoples premium membership to new people, then they lose out on money. Premium members dont pay $5 for it to be given away if they dont come to the forum for a couple of months. Sorry but there is no chance of this idea ever coming into action

Nice try on getting free premium membership.
If someone else paid for it, why should you get it?
