    hey mates
    i have a site
    and i need to convert it from phpbb to ipb or the latest version of ipb :D
    can anyone help?

    dont double post.. wait, and we shall come...

    you can not convert phpbb to IPB, the code is totally different. you can transfer your MySQL database, but that's about it.

    You'd have to start from scratch. A few people have legal versions of IPB, but I don't...

    bought IPB? it's 1,000 times more secure than phpbb...

    no i was gonna buy a phpbb site from xiac but i am not gonna buy it anymore :(

    is it possible if i get a form from invisionfree and then convert it to ipb?

    YOU CAN NOT CONVERT ANYTHING TO IPB!

    *sigh* even IPB free is too different...

    why buy phpbb to convert to ipb?

    I got 2.0.0 and 1.3, legal versions...

    I've seen it happen.. there was a tool for that in a thread at some site... didn't bother reading it though :/
