I sit down, eat a baby or two then go to a bar and pick up a prostitute. Kill her behind the building and light her body on fire. Good times.
take a pillow and punch it as hard as I can a couple times....or the wall...whichever is closer, lol. otherwise I throw w/e im pissed at...then realized I need it and clean it up...then im even more pissed
weight lifting works good. lift weight, anger releives itself, lift it until you can't or it starts hurting, angers goes away... the you get a small high off endorphins.
I go online around forums and such or read fanfics, listen to music or watch tv. I never stay angry or stressed for a long time.
Oddly, I don't get stressed often. Actually almost never. I had exams the past week and I walked into the room like it was a normal class day. It seems to slide around me, instead of passing into me, so I don't bother with stress removal techniques. Theres a trademark skill that my mom showed me once, and it is fairly usefull for stress removal & concentration. I used it a few times during important tests or when I get distracted.
Meh, I'm like one of those really really calm guys who don't lose their temper fast...it'll take me a lot of annoyance to get me pissed off...or my little brother lol, but when I am I just lie down on my bed listen to some L'Arc~en~Ciel and calm music and close my eyes and think it never happened and eventually I'll fall asleep... or I go play on the drums.
