Ie Process Running, No Ie On?

    How is this possible, if i delete it it gets back in less than a sec. It's kinda annoying, cause it's having 20 mb ram and this pc isn't the newest anymore...

    well im not familiar with windows machines but.... ummmm... maybe it is hidden within something else? try quiting stuff related to internet?
