Alright here is what happened in chronological order

Bought Glow Effect - USED

Did not like the color.

Bought Glow Effect - USED

Bought Bold Effect - USED

Where is my bold effect and my glow effect that I just bought? I used both of them and applied them both, but my name still looks normal.

 

Only works with IE...

 

I am using IE.

 

I think , someone quote me if im wrong , that only one effect can be used at a time

 

Well thats lame. Is there any way I can get my credits back or one of my effects back?

Once Admin have checked the logs and verified you did this , then yes , you will get a refund on your creds

 

yer they have records off people that have sent/recived credits,maybe emails depending if they put the settings so they record emails and store buys.i hope you get your creds back
