    Its by 2015 , but thats awesome though at last we may have real chance to lay off the " Oil " as it is bad for some people's mind lol

    don't think russia will be able to do it in two years. it's been awhile since there has been a successful launch and mission to the moon.

    the article also says by 2015 (permanent base), but i like the thought process and direction the russians are going in.

    thats mad sticks. it says 2015 in the article though. good to see a nation is actually looking at good fuel sources.

    Um, do you guys know what you're talking about?
    I'm no expert, nor genius.. but there have been many successful launches to the moon.

    By 2008 people will be able to buy trips up to the moon (Not on it, but just around)

    When they say base, that doesn't mean they're making a giant building like you see on starcraft or whatever you guys play.

    Russia does have a way to get to the moon, they could do it this minute if they felt like it.

    EDIT: My bad, not by 2008 but by 2015 :P typo, bad type..
