Full Sig Tut (no Brushing)

Anyways the tut is good for beginers and has a decent outcome

 

that is not a vector, a vector is something created by YOU using the pen tool, or vectoring an image with the pen tool, you dont use filters for vector, change the title cuz its not a vector, its okay but do you really have to have the silly chicken for overlord thing at the end =\ sorry if im being a bit harsh..

 

nice tut, i tried it, but as always it looks best if you add your own personal touch to it ;D
