 Beast master is the job for you then my friend.

Beast master is the only job who solo trough the whole game, Some beast masters team up so they got a 2 person party but most solo all way trough. The reason only they do that is because they're the only job strong enough on soloing to be able to do it, For more info on beast master check out the site I linked you to in last post ^^

so a reasonable build would be like a:

    Elvaan/Galka/Hume Warrior 30/Beast Master 45 ?

Assuming ofc you have the ability to beat the quest at level 30.

The warrior and the beast master just seem to go together well IMO (then again, as far as im concerned anything with warrior goes well together lol)

World of Warcraft for various reasons:

    Better economy
Less time to reach the level cap
    You can't level down
    You can solo monsters
    You can grind easily
You don't have to rest for 10 minutes after a single fight
    You can find groups easier
Americans use the American servers, Europeans use the european servers so there aren't japanese people playing with you like on ffxi.

how is it provides a better economy? if what the others said is true, then gold is practically worthless.

longer time to reach level cap, leveling down, not being able to solo monsters is all about difficulty. Which is something i very much so enjoy.

I have heard about the japanese people on FF XI and how annoying they can be.

Sure difficulty can become an issue. WoW is very straightfoward and not very time consuming at all.

I'm sure that WoW is easier because about 75% of the game is played in endgame. All the raid dungeons are level 60+. Believe me, people want to get to 60 as fast as possible so that they can do the end game content and receive their epic gear so that they can continue to bwl to get their tier 2 epics and so on. Also the WoW pvp is level 60. Shorter time to get to cap = more fun doing end game content.

You will love WoW. Most people do. Its one of the most played games everyday (According to www.xfire.com) .

Anyways, good luck with your choice and I hope to see you ingame if you get WoW.

From what I've heard, seen and played WoW is far superior. No matter how good squaresoft think they are they can't touch the legend that is Blizzard.

I haven't played WoW yet but I've been playing FFXI since a little after it's release in NA.

It has tons of content and the best storyline I've ever witnessed from any game.

It might take a while to get used to and you will have to work at it to improve but if you have patience this game is for you.

If you want to see some gameplay, cutscenes, etc., then you can watch this vid:

There's lots of hype surrounding WoW but I think if you take the time to explore FFXI you'll be satisfied.

You are sooo wrong on that point...Why do you think their(Blizzard) are tryin to shut down so many accounts...Id say like 35%(my guestimate) are farming for other companies(Virtual Sweatshops) for gold and epic weapons/armor

WoW is much better. Bigger community, more options, better graphics, better gameworld, and more fun imo. I dont think FF even has PvP.

I've played both, and overall I preferred WoW. Though I only played FF for about a month, and I didn't have as much contact with friends as I did in WoW, which I played for over 6 months from the beta, so that weighed quite heavily on my experience ...

I found that FF was a bit too grind-heavy for my liking; I never enjoyed the levelling system, it was just too repetitive. After playing loads of MMOGs over the years, WoW just seemed so user-friendly and polished by comparison. For first timers, I think it'd be a great choice. I left because of the endless farming of the end-game, but had a ball before that. I'm thinking of going back in a few months and trying a new server / the other side.
