when im stressed it stays in, but then some ppl at my school can get really annoying so all of it then gets realeased on them, beat the f**king sh*t outta them

Parents try to piss you off even more when you're mad. Like yesterday I was pissed at something and I have to hit things, I swear I have an anger problem. So my mom is bitching and I'm like LEAVE ME THE ---- ALONE, and she keeps going. It's like OMG, will you just leave me alone? You're making it worse.
I listen to music when I'm stressed... I just get lost in music sometimes, Idk.. maybe I'm psychotic Sometimes I watch movies or play videogames too
i lerned the hard way not to punch fings coz i smashed ma laptop b4 naw i just turn ma music full blast then try to sleep
i usually smoke cigarettes when i get angry or stress to calm down then think at what i should do that could fix the problem , if that doesnt work , i do some punching bag
