    Specifications:

    Space: 10gig+
    Bandwith: Unmetered
    MySQL Databases: Unlimited
    E-Mail Addresses: Unlimited
    Sub-Domains: Unlimited
    FTP Accounts: Unlimited
    cPanel
    Add-on domains: 5
    Parked domains: 5

IF YOU OFFER A RESELLER ACCOUNT, THIS IS A PLUS :)

    MUST ABIDE BY THIS CONTRACT:
This makes it so that if your server, for any reason outside violations of the TOS or AUP, goes out or cancels my service I get 100% of my payment back. I have had far too many hosts recently go under. If your company also sells domains and I happened to pay for one, the amount paid for a domain is also up for full re-embursement. This also reinsures that you cannot change your TOS from what we agreed upon for the initial payment to place me in direct violation of the TOS. This also states that if I choose to cancel service, you are in no way required to pay me back.

Please post/pm payments based on a yearly basis.
