    Very nice, really like this one.. the banner sucks though

    remove the banner or replace it and then its 8/10

    It doesnt really fit, first of all, you should make it alot smaller in heignt. And it't too distracting, try using the same clean style as u did for the rest of the template.

    Try using a light nice solid background color with a gradient overlay and maybe a simple pattern overlay. Placing the render in the middle doesnt look that good either, maybe you should skip the render and dont use it at all?

    I will say the same thing like everyone else, its a good design, just not a great banner.
