Sounds like a virus or a hacker. contact the people you got the computer from and get your pc restored to defaults. either by a reformat or cd restore.

Lolz - sounds like ur PC got a mind of its own - If that happens most likely a hacker

You might have downloaded something that did this - If you didnt have a virus scanner or a FIrewall then thats why

    Get a firewall & a virus scanner & a spyware remover - Some suggestions..

    Virus scanner - AVG - Grisoft [ free ]
    Firewall - ZoneAlarm
Spyware/Adware - Spybot Search & destroy or Adaware Personal

    Just suggestions without reformatting :D

Yea just restart your computer and enable a firewall, it will kill all unauthorized access to your computer since this is obviously a hacker. Then you can go thru and and delete the virus and other things you have.. but by the looks of it, it may be too late, SO GET THE RESTORE DISK.

you could always call up the company of your comp and request a restore cd...

exactly what i was going to say. Most likely if you call up the manufacturer of your comp, and ask for a restore cd(nicely of course :) ) they should give you one.

Looks like hacking, but who would want to do such thing to your pc ?
    Doesn't look like spyware.
But if all the booting and firewalling doesn't help. Just check your program files folder for things you didn't install, if it's something like
    C:\Program files\network
or things like that, you just know you didn't put there. Remove them.
Run AntiSpyware in safemode, dowload HijackThis, scan your sytem, and post a log of all things it finds ^^
