try giving a working link first.

also, what do you expect with ti, good configureablility the capability to really mess with your ram timings(like 99% of everything can) high performance?

    Why bother getting AGP?
Your better off with a PCI-E mobo and a whole new system though most full size PCI-E mobos should have a few PCI slots so its possible to retain your soundcard (assuming you have one) and stuff, this is as long as you have the cash. Now remember its not only just the motherboard that determines how far you can push you CPU its the choice of CPUs some have insane overclocking ceilings while others can only achieve a paltry result, remember read reviews from different magazines and websites before buying.
Im currently stuck with AGP and gonna upgrade to a high end X800 but this is the very last upgrade to my computer before having to eventually replace my system (Hard drive and optical drives can be kept, its just mobo, graphics card, CPU, and maybe sound card).

In hindsight its not worth investing in a new outdated mobo while your better off buying a new mobo with PCI-E and parts that have more kick... This only applies if you have the money but really it dewindles down to your choice buy an outdated mobo just to overclock or buy a new system that has more kick than the old one will ever have

first of all, you did it wrong, you set it to lowest price insteed of best rating.

this is what I found which seemed to be somewhat cheap.

    there you go.

EDIT: trust me though, your CPU is in need of overclocking for gaming, especially if it is northwood(northwood runs cooler). P4s suck when it comes to gaming, if you want to be playing well a moderate OC is almost a must and it won't cost anything. upping it 200mhz or 300mhz won't harm it and it's waranty ran out allready so it shouldn't matter.
