when you talk it automatically sends can someone tell me how to make it to where you have to bind a key to talk

I think what he asked is how do you change voice activation to a key to talk with vent

 

should be right there in the options

goto setup>enable push to talk hotkey, then u can specify which one u want

 

What does Discard Hotkeys, Play Key Clicks, and Use DirectInput to detect Hotkey mean?

 

discard hotkeys will just tirn the hotkey function off (the pushtototalk)

play keyclicks will play a sound every time u press a button to talk and use direct input to detect hoykey is just if u want to press a button to tell vent which key u want to use instead of typing which button you want to use
