it varies on the materials made.

Companies basically draw it out, get a custom pouring area (forgot the name) and pour the hot plastic in there and lay another layer on top, do that twice and thats the external pieces. Sometimes they use a smaller version and a larger version (to hold the metal containers inside the computer via longer, wider screws without showing externally).

What particular part of the computer case are you asking about?

    i once drew a plan for a multi-computer case.

I never got it off the floor, but I was planning to make it so 4 computers could fit snugly into it.

    think the demensions were something like 8' x 7' x 7' (l, w, h)

I was thinking of using some metal with holes in it, so my comp could breathe

I would put the PSU's on the top, CD-roms on the front, etc.

good luck on getting gas for that... If you run the power to the motor, it'll waste alot of gas... a battery can't run a computer for a long period of time

you can get a generator that runs on the speed generated on the amount of times the wheels go round :) lots of power saved up in the generator then.

i think he means that when the wheels turn, it puts electricity into a battery cell, so it is stored, not running just on the wheels turning.

Lego, by far, has the best custom make-your-own cases.

    1. Hey, it's LEGO!
    2. Superglue on the bottom of mobo (tis safe)
    3. 9v Drills are easy to buy... so DRILL A HOLE for the plugins!
    4. Mini ATX are easier to build on LEGOs.
    5. Custom colors... OoOo... :D

    6. Cooling is easy.
