Mouse Wheel

    i want to use my mouse wheel for scrolling through pages. I am running on Windows xp. Can comeone tell me how to activate it?

    install the drivers for your mouse. did it come with CDs, if so then use the CD. If not, do you know who made it? then go to their website and DL the driver.

    otherwise windows should recognize the scroll automatically.

    it worked before like a week ago but then i messed up some settings by accident and it stopped working

    try reinstalling drivers other than that the only thing with mouse wheel settings i know of is in linux.,

    Start < Control Panel < Mouse
    Go to Device Setup.

    either the above, or look around in mouse in control panel, there should be a wheel tab, check it out.

    what did you try? did you get the correct drivers for it?
