I have been having a problem w/ photoshop the past couple days and cant figure it out. Every time i try to add a border(outside) it never shows up. I dont know if there is a setting i messed w/ and didnt turn back on or what. The borders never show up. Its getting kinda annoying...Any Ideas or suggestions out there...Thanks BRC :)

you could also use the rectangular marquee tool and just do it 2 pixels less on width and height and center it then select inverse and fill it with w/e color/pattern/etc.

    Thats what I normally do.
