I was like ok... So we Finally get to the fire after a good 15 minute Drive (we live in the boondocks) Fire is everywhere... Im like okay cool. We are instructed to dump our water in the folding tanks and Send manpower the rear. As we were walking to the rear I heard and explosion from the 1st floor and fire shot everywhere! I was like HOLY CRAP! I got hit with a piece of wood lol. But we after that no one else was hurt and we got ahold of the beast! Pictures: God I love my job. It feels so good to help the community! ^_^
u guys might of wanted to move the car or somethign cvause if that thing blew up. BAM! good job on protecting the community mr boondock.
Hmm... the car there looks like a good explosive box waiting to explode with that fire burning up that fast.
Cars dont Explode. They Catch Fire.... You can see in the 4th and 5th Picture the firefighter spraying it with water and keeping it cool Merged Post: Even though he is spraying it with water... the fire just didnt progress over towards the car very much
woa, must have been hot in there its kinda spectacular to see flames going that high... normally, the fire doesnt spread that much (or does it?)
Dude, are you seriously try to tell a firefighter how things catch fire and burn? I sat through a 24 hour class (Not all at once) Specifically aimed at combustables. Trust me there hot shot.... gas is not going to explode In the tank of a vehicle!
