Okay, first off I would like to say I dont get an error when I dont have a category. After adding a category every link in the ACP works except "'--Edit Item" under the IBStore section of the ACP.

    The MySQL error is:
    Code:
mySQL query error: UPDATE ibf_store_categories SET cat_stock= WHERE catid=8

mySQL error: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'WHERE catid=8' at line 1
    mySQL error code:
Date: Monday 23rd of January 2006 12:26:47 AM
I am unsure as to how to fix this.

From what I have gathered the "cat_stock" table within the "ibf_store_categories" section is not reading its "catid" correctly, but I don't know how to fix this.

    Anyone have any ideas?

arg cant remember what causes it. But it was never fixed as whats his name abandoned the project.

You have to have 1 category that isnt the default and it has to be in that one I think.

so make one category without any items and the other all have items? like GR.com's "downloads" section?

ok i believe you have to have 1 item at least in every category.
so if you dont then it wont let you edit items. its working now.

If you have any more troubles leave a pm cause I have to get off now.

you get the error before you edit it, you cannot edit it if any of the categories are empty.
