Domain Name Probs

    Ok so I recently got a .be domain name from http://registratie-domein.be/

    Now I have it on but I dont know how to set it up right..I want it so it will be like...
    ---.be/index.php?showforum=2
    instead of either constantly tllforums.be or only a redirect..

    How can I do that? Is it DNS stuff?

    It will be whatever you name it in the FTP panel..

    site.be/ForumName/index.php

    So, in your FTP, if you name your folder 'forum', your web address is ..

    tllforums.be/forum/index.php?showforum=2

    Hmm..I'll try that..but..

    my actual site is: http://diablodj1.brokenhosting.com/forums/

    so idk how I'm gonna do that...I wouldnt like, login with tllforums.be cuz thats not my webhosting service..

    WHen i bought my .com I just gave the login ---- to my host and he did most of it (the benefits of using a small hosting company :D)

    After that go into your admin cp and in general configuration make sure to change the links to how it should be. Then make sure to edit conf_global.php after that. SOrry, i dont really know the first part of actually getting the .be to be ure default thingy ;(

    You can only make it redirect as you are using a ftp.

    I am planning on getting a .com eventually anyway..or .net..
