the jar jar binks is a bit small though

 

the big 4 legged thingy is really square....i would used like a photo from the film or something...nice renders though

 

the AT-AT is a bit straight but the original was pretty straight to here take a look :

For the renders, I like the jar-jar one. The other one just doesn't look real, though. You did a very nice job with what you had, but try using an actual scene from the movie, rather than an artist's drawing. No matter how good the artist is, they just can't compete with an actual shot from the movie.
