hey could someone tell me what tools to use and stuff to render somthing like do i use adobe photoshop or what

 

yes, you should use photoshop ^_^

photoshop pen tool

 

Pen tool is hard to use if you are new to this.
You better zoom in in your image at 800-900%.
Then grab the lasso tool en use that for cutting.

 

Well i use the Pen tool on Photoshop CS2 but that is the easyist way for me to do it

 

meh i started off using polygonal lasso tool, after that i began preferring the pen tool...
its prolly just the one of the 2 u can handle the best
