    (Misc. Effects)
    Smart Crop
This effect reduces your image's size by removing transparent or same-color lines from its top bottom and sides.

    Remove Transparency
Useful for any image with transparent sections. This effect replaces transparent sections of your image with an actual color. The color is chosen arbitrarily.

    Buttonize
Best for images that have no transparency. This effect outlines your image with shaded sides in the style of a button. You select Your image size is increased in order to accommodate the shaded button sides. Window allows selection of size.

    Web Safe Palette
This operation remaps you images colors onto a standard palette. This can help insure that your images look acceptable to users with limited color browsers. You can select one of three methods of mapping: 1. closest color, 2. ordered [ limited ] dithering, 3. Normal [ full ] dithering. Higher dithering levels tend to lead to better color reproduction, at the espense of grainier images and larger file sizes.

    (Color Effects)
    Greyscale
Useful for most images. This effect converts your image into shades of gray.

    Redscale
Useful for most images. This effect removes all green and blue from an image - leaving only the red.

    Greenscale
Useful for most images. This effect removes all red and blue from an image - leaving only the green.

    Bluescale
Useful for most images. This effect removes all red and green from an image - leaving only the blue.

    Monochrome
More often useful for moderate to high contrast images. This effect converts every point in image to either brightest white or darkest black

    Invert
This one is good for most images. This effect inverts all colors in your image - in the manner of a photographic negative.

    Colorshift
Useful for all types of images, but especially non-photographic. This effect replaces red with blue, green with red, and blue with green. Because white, black and gray are color consisting of equal parts of red, green and blue, these colors are not affected.

    (Artist Medium)
    Oil Paint
This effect gives your image the appearance of an old oil painting. The results are best on medium to large sized images.

    Pixels
This effect renders edges as a grid of small squares - the color of each square being the average color of it's area in the original image. This gives an the appearance of digital pixels viewed up-close. You're likely to find this effect most usefull for larger images.

    News Photo
This effect renders your image with a grid of small roundish black dots against a white background. The size of the dots varies in proportion to the brightness of the original image. This gives an appearance reminiscent of a newspaper photograph viewed up-close. The results are best on medium to large sized images

    Woodcut
Converts your image to a monochrome image in the style of the portrait engravings on U.S. currency. More often useful for moderate-large sized images.

    Raster
This effect renders your image as horizontal black lines against a white background - removing all colors. The thickness of these horizontal lines varies in response to the original images brightness. You're likely to find this effect most usefull for larger images.

    Chalk
This effect gives your image the appearance of a chalk drawing on a textured surface. The results are best on medium to large sized images.

    Color TV
Looks best on med-large sized images. This effect simulates the red/blue/green dots characteristic of a CRT screen.

    Watercolor
This effect gives your image the appearance of a watercolor painting by reducing the saturation of all color and adding a subtle textured to the image. The results are best on medium to large sized images.

    Comic Strip
This effect seeks to give your image a comic-book look. It converts your image primary type colors, edges outlined in black, and colors shaded with black horizontal lines. More often useful for moderate-large sized images.

    Color Tile
This effect renders your image in the style of small ceramic tiles. Each tile is the average color of the area it replaces. The results are best on larger sized images.

    Line Art
This effect is good for most images of moderate to large size. It removes all colors and outlines the edges of the original image with black.

    Emboss
This ones good for most images. This effect renders your images edges against gray background. This gives the effect of image being embossed in metal.

thats why he was caught ripping...

Also, look at the text on that spawn sig, kinda looks like paint or something... its not anti-aliased and anyone with the knowledge of that signature and making it would know how to make test look better than that...
