Should Students Be Allowed To Be Be Strip Searched

    The answer is NO!

    Unless for a really good reason, and their parents should DEFINETLY be informed. I'd put up a hell of a fight if they tried to do that too me without calling my parents first when I was in school.

    If you and your parents signed the dam paper folks they have the right then to search to you since you signed the paper your giving them permission. But again some of you fools here wouldnt think anyone should be stripped searched until someone shot up one of your freinds or even you. We signed papers too allowing certian people to search us for suspicious stuff. If you dont agree to the dam things dont sign the paper.. Ive been stripped search before... Wow not a big deal honestly..

    Ok I have a comment about what you said. If you didn't sign the paper then you would get suspended and other punishments until you signed it. Also when you were stripped searched were you completly naked?

    no, schools have no authority to do such a thing, at all, they could detain him until police arrive if they want to check for drugs, not perform a teacher strip search.... i would not only file for harrassment, i would MAKE SURE everyone involved was fired.

    moraly, its disgusting
    but in cases of EXTREME matters of security would i admit it in school, in a private area, and by police, not teachers who might be child molesters.

    The child should have the right to deny it also, and call parents.

    so i reverse my answer and say its not right.
