i would love for this to be fake, but news.com.com is cnet's real news site. then again i can't find any other respectable news sites posting this. there are a million holes in this supposed law that they can't really enforce it, so it's nothing to worry about. main one being it directly conflicts with the country's very own first amendment, freedom of speech.
