Can GR make a debate section were like mabye limited flaming can be alowed for debate topics like for ex : abortion rights, liberal vs. conservative, ect...
Actually if i remember correctly the GR Delivery used to have a debat thread in there section...so you might want to check it out
Debate rooms with mass populations like this just leads to idiotic comments and flaming. Good idea though. Just post debate threads in general discussion -- theres so many forums on here already why clutter it up with something so insignificant as a debate forum.
No need for a sub section, General means general, which means everything else not in the other forums. Splitting up general discussion makes no sense... So yeah, just do your debates in General Disscussion. Just dont get out of hand with it. Mild flaming may start out mild, but most likely people on this forum cant be mature enough to keep it civil. So having a debating forum would just cause tension... I have other points, but you basically get it, and im not going to waste my time.
General Discussion is basically like a debate forum already, but in a more general term, not much of a point to go through the extra burden of making a debate section actually.
if it is kept to one spot fewer will know about it and thus less moderating need to keep idiots like me in tac.
