Ok, to resolve some issues. 1. Quite obviously people can make attempts to bypass the filter, and when they do, and they are asking for it, they will get warned. Just follow the rules people! 2. Shneaky, we hopefully are going to fix the system, if they can figure out how to do it right. I know exactly how to make it work, but i dont really have ACP access do I? You do bring up a good point though, it often helps to get more rep if people are reminder to do so, but in reality, thats exactly what we don't want. People shouldn't get rep for a render just because they asked for it earlier, they should get rep because somebody looks at their render and says "Wow!" that deserves a rep. And by the "losing" 5 reps today, it didnt sound like you did. It sounds like people gave you rep, but the post just came out weird because of the filter. You dont really lose anything... and the word "losing" makes it sound like you want them, or need them or something. Once you have as many reps as you do, they dont even matter, people know your good, you just want more for recognition, if your even hinting for it. Anyway, im done with this rant. If we cant get the system fixed, i will make sure it gets taken down and forgotten. But if that happens, just remember that when your editing peoples threads to take the "give me rep" crap out, some of your threads included. [/rant]
I understand where your coming from. If people are never reminded that the system is there, you won't get -repped. That quite simply it. And, I have put "-rep and creds appreciated" in ever single render thread I have ever made. And I have ONLY received -reps in the ones that I deserved the most.

This isnt working already. I see people trying to say "You deserver a [plus]rep" turning into "You deserver a -Rep", and thats not good at all... people who dont know whats going on are gonna start getting confused and think they're doing somehing wrong.
Tell them to look at the freaking announcements then... anyway, its not in my power, i merely suggested it.
i don't think that this will make people forget that the system is there, but make them use it as it was ment to be used.

Its not going to work. People are going to be complaining about unfair -rep and such. People comment about rep all the time it does not mean that they are asking for it. So by doing this you are eliminating any talk about +rep
