Okay this is a windows media encoder series 9 problem its for the Game Renders Radio, and who ever can help me solve this will get 5-10$ via paypal or 100-300 credits. My problem is I can start the whole sevrer thing and its running, but when i try to go to the URL it gives me for listning, nothing loads, and it gives me two, LAN and for other people, my lan url is (http://COMPNAME:PORT/) adn my Reg one is (IPORT/) BUt none are working, adn the sevrer says its up. ANd if you can solve that Plus this problem youll get extra: Rihght now i can select an archive to play (A song) But i cant select more then one, or anything so im guessing it only plays that one song, and i want it to play multiple, and every once and a while i want to be able to go live aswell, and do live brodcasts. I suggest researching ME,Snobird, And GR needs this dearley! Remember 5-10$ or 100-300 Credits Plus extra if u can solve our other problem! FOR THOSE WHO DONT UDNERSTAND:: Basically all i need to know is why i cant connect to my somewhat sevrer, it says its up and running, adn when i try to go to the url it gives me, it says can not find or w.e, so i need to know how to get people to connect and listen to the so called radio were setting up
Well that was hard to understand after im finished deocding it 'll help you. Check to see your firewall isn't blocking the port.
Well when im setting the server up, theres a button that has "FInd free port' So i clicked it and got 4000, so thats what i was using, ill edit the topic to explain a bit better
its a runtime error google it and u should find a patch also check yor firewall its proberly blocking it or stoping it in someway if none of the above works try using winamp instead of window media player
