    Is this possible?

It's good, easy to read and plain. A pixel font would look weird... but w/e.

A pixel font would be nice, but it has to be a common system font for obvious reasons (everyone would have to download the pixel font in order to view the text).

I read this awhile back and i think it applies to this subject as the forums type font is a serif font and your suggesting small a sans serif font. its real short go ahead and read it.

Unfortunately guys, we have to keep this font because of general software limitations. If we changed it another font, e.g. Visitor or a similar pixel font, visitors who do not have the font would be unable to view the forum in the same context as those who do.

As it stands, the font currently in use is readable and installed on every modern Windows operating system as standard. Whats the problem with it?
