I recently bought a capture card box thingy called

    Dvd Xpress

and it has a box, with audio/video cables, and a usb to go into my pc. So I hook my xbox 3 audio/video into the box and feed the usb into pc/.

so now I use this program to play the game on my screen and record(pc screen) its called capwiz

Now whenever I record my game is going all slow as hell and ill press lets say R to shoot and 5 seconds later my guy will shoot

then i watch the replay and its all smooth...

    I mean wtf plz help

    Ok listen.

When you record stuff (Such a Frag movie makers do using what ever capture program) with ANY Capture program. What happens is, you push record and the program lowers your "FPS" because it's producing a demo of it. the best thing to do....well I don't think you can, yeah you can't. (But ex, CoD2 . demo yourself then use a capture program to take clips out of your kills)

Sum it up, it's supposed to eat at your FPS(Frames per Second)
