ShadowStrike's render is very practical for signatures and web graphics (i.e. banners). It is, however, too small to be used in a wallpaper. It's a very nice cut, the attention to detail is great! Well... it looks sort of chopped up in places but it's pretty good.

Overall I must change my vote from Morpheus to ShadowStrike. Although Morpheus did a better job at rendering than ShadowStrike, ShadowStrike's render had everything nicely packaged ;) Good job!

    Happy New Year!

eh, where's the other render? i'll vote for Morpheus anyway, it's an excellent cut, not very useful however, but it's large and great for web graphics. nice job!

    The other guy:

i may wait to vote here again, but until this guy's render comes up then i will vote for Morpheus!

    Happy New Year!

Morpheus: Its a good cut but a bad render choice because that render has been done so many times before. Its useable atleast one part of it. Overall its a pretty good cut and may I ask if you recreated the light saber?

@Shadow Strike: Well its ok not that great. If memory serves me right the original was bigger and more vibrant its a bit choppy in some places.

Morpheus gets my vote for obvious reasons.

Kazuya agreed on me being a temporary judge.

Everything is explained from my point of view, so If I am referring to right or left-side, it will be our right or left.

    Morpheus

    1st thought
    - looks pretty clean

    Mistakes
    - left background on the hood of the left guy
    - the renderer logo merges with the render, which makes it less usable
    - outline around the heads of the front and the right guy
    - left background on the left elbow of the front guy

    Positive
    - good work around the lightsabers

    Negative
    - Size is too much screenfilling, only the front guy is usable

    Shadowstrike:

    1st thought
    - weird picture

    Mistakes
    - the whole thing looks odd, I can’t judge on missed parts, cuz the original isn’t there and the render has no obvious pattern.

    Positive
    - that you have the balls to enter with this picture :)

    Negative
    - picture is too small
    - picture has no obvious pattern, which makes it unusable

My vote goes to Morpheus, for having a better picture, better cut and better size

if you a better explanation containing pictures, please pm me, and add link to original, render and my own comment.

This one is pretty easy imo.

Shadowstrike: Good render, but whats up with the elbow and parts of the hand? It's usable in sigs, and I haven't seen it rendered before. Nice job.

Morpheus: It's alright. Not sure wether its useable in sigs. overall nice cut.

    Shadowstrike GMV.

    Morpheus:

It;s real hard to say how hard this render was to cut becasue we can't see the original. It's a ok size, It's a very clean smooth cut. Not that usable in sig's thought

    Shadow Strike:

It's hard once again to say how hard it was to render because on the missing original, nice size. Look's preatty clean cut to me, but !! i find it just looks a bit weird looking because on the missing chair. And i dont think it would looks nice in a gfx for that reason !!

    My vote goes to !!

they're overall well cut renders, but i cannot judge difficulty because of the lack of an original image to each of them.

Morpheus : a well cut render, great quality and a nice size to use for sigs or banners and maybe even a wallpapper.

Shadow Strike : the render is cut well but the stock is not of a very good quality. The render size allows it to be used in sigs or banners.

Morpheus gets my vote because his render is of a higer quality and much more usable then the other, very nice job both of you.

Difficulty: 8/10 2 points just for the laser glows.
How unique the render is: 4/10 Been done many times.
Usability: 7/10 may be annoying to use all three guys, but cant still easily be done.
How Well The Image Has Been Cut: 9.5/10 Very smooth, nice glows.
Size: 8/10 Good size, could be made smaller to look better.

    Shadowstrike

    Difficulty: 7/10 not too hard.
How unique the render is: 7/10 its very unique without the chair, but in a bad way.
Usability: 6/10 you can use it, but the render is just too weird w/o the chair.
How Well The Image Has Been Cut: 7/10 its ok, but i see spots.
Size: Pretty small, cant be resized very far.

Overall, both are done exceptionally well. Deciding factor is usability. Though I wouldn't use either of them in a sig, Morpheus' choice has more vibrant colors, and a smoother flow to it. Shadowstrike's is a bit too dark and edgy for my taste.

Nice work to both of you. :D
