1. does it ask you to change profiles? 2. does someone in your house mess with it's settings? 3. what are your computer specs? RAM? CPU Speed?
Right, I run Firefox for about a year now and I have had the same problem with ever version I have ever uploaded and that problem is: About every week or so the entire program seems to start fresh. I loose all my favorites and passwords and such. The theme is taken off and it looks like someone just uploaded FF for the first time. So for someone more seasoned in FF then me, is there a way to stop this? Have you run a virus scan lately? If not I would recomend doing so. The inconsistancy with firefox might be caused by some virus or trojan.
first go to run and type dxdiag then to check to see if you have a different profile in firefox check this out] get back with your findings of your RAM, processor, and anything else people deem useful
