I'd just say that if you wanna find a place where you can learn, either google it, or look in your local phone book for dance places, Idk..

That's wonderful advice... if you wanna break your neck as a novice break dancer. I would recommend starting a thorough exercise regimen, and do lots of push-ups and upper body work to get yourself in tip-top shape. Also, perform lots of stretching and kalesthetics to keep yourself limber. After about a good month or so of solid exercise and stretching begin to visit different nightclubs in your area to find some good breakdancers who can give you pointers and also show you some moves. Videos are good, but it's better to have someone who can watch your form and see that you're doing it right. ;)

If anything don't try anything until you have proper flow. If you can't match basic breakdancing with the beat you have a ways to go. When you start do the simple things such as robot with feet movement. What kind of breakdancing are you wanting to learn? Liquid? Static? Beat Walk?

Break dancing takes time, dont listen to that kid who is pretty good after 1 week.* It takes more than that.

But anyway check google or phonebook, OR mapquest for dance excersise and breakdancing.

Also , I saw these dvd's online , theyr supposed to help you learn but I have no idea where to find em again.
