Having Trouble Saving Files

    Im having trouble with saving my work on photoshop. Ive tried saving it as .jpg and .bmp..... none of those work when i try to upload them on imageshack nor can i bring them back up on photoshop....what do you people suggest i save my images as? :unsure:

    Yes...It just says that the filesize is too big but i dont know how to save it to wear it wont be so big
