1GB PC3200 DDR SDRAM ( expandable to 2GB ) *Updated with working pics* Placi, I don't have $5,000 to spend on upgrading my computer, but your machine sounds nice-care to give specs?
Don't get your panties in a bundle, I didn't spend $5000 either, I saved a ----load by putting it together myself. Specs: AMD Athlon 64 X2 4800+ 512MB DDR ATI Radeon 9800 XT 2GB DDR SDRAM 120 GB HD To think about it, I guess ours kinda tie. Except the HD
If I were you I would have gone with a 7800 GT instead of the 6800, as long as it doesn't throw you too over budget. Which motherboard did you buy?
The computer is very good, of course you can upgrade untill you pay $10000 for it. The specs you have are good, I only would consider upgrading your RAM very fast, because with games you need a basic of 512 (sometimes 1GB) and then it doesnt go that smooth. So thats your only 'downside' of your PC
