Lets say someone hacks your computer. Can they see what you have been doing on the internet if you delete all the File contents and History?
Technicallly yes, they can see everything, unless you delete it. If you are using a router, the might be able to see your routed history.

they can still see deleted files. Its relatively easy to recover deleted files because windows quite frankly does a poor job of erasing stuff.
Your best bet is to google 3rd party cleaning software, that sheds files after they are deleted. (the lay term for recoding the data it deletes so it is no longer recoverable) CWShedder is a good one from what I hear.
uhh... why are you so worried about someone hacking your computer and seeing what you have been doing on it? Maybe something naughty? :wacko:
