Can't Rep For Some Reason...

    i can't +rep someone for some reason, there's a board message comes up with a:

    'You are not allowed to change this member's reputation during this day.'

    wat, do i try tomorrow? :P

    HUH??

    * EDIT: if you don;t read the tittle you won't understand, i just explained it better.

    Have you +repped this person these last 20 days? Cuz you have to wait 20 days to rep a person again.

    I had that to. I wanted to +Rep Llamaman, and I received the same error.


    I dunno what it is, but I can Rep now....

    i got a message from GR saying sum1 had repped me and they hadnt which was weird. also, i do have the power to rep :D
