ok I just got a new mobo CPU and video card, I put all the stuff and and its a no go, it come up saying windows didnt shut down properly choose a mode to continue with or something and what ever I choose the pc restarts and its the same, but I think I have seen a few glimpses of a BoD just before it restarts sometimes, so I was thinking do I have to just reinstall xp or can I do somthing else besides that to get it working?
Since u made a significant change to ur computer u should reinstall Windows atleast but i suggest u reformat ur hd too then install windows
everytime you install a new motherboard you HAVE to reformat your hard drive. it is also best to for all other hardware but not essential.
