Sig Of The Week Canceled Until Further Notice

im a co-owner of a company that hosts servers, and a co-leader of the clan that plays with/for them, i have to deal with this type of stuff aswell, not the same exactly, but i know how you mods feel.

im with you guys on it, not the members. meh, keep it closed till everyone stops complaining/arguing and once they relise its kinda childish, then reopen it.

but its your choice , and im all for what you guys do. cant complain.

now instead of everyone arguing, we should just make a compromise. The mods find out who are disqualified and then have the mods vote and come up with a top 5 or so sigs. Then you could have a public vote held for like a day or so. You would have to post with a valid reason as to why you picked it or your vote wont be counted. This helps to weed out a lot of the entrees. The mods could maybe over turn votes that they feel are biased, people voting for their friends and what not. This way people couldn't complain because their votes are still heard and the mods don't have to listen to people complaining

I think the voting have to be more clear and better...if you dont want people complaining tell them on what grounds the people who vote...vote!

 

sigoftheweek has user voting which determines the winner. It seems like a good idea. How is the voting done right now anyways?

 

Each staff member picks their top five favorites.

1st - 5 points
2nd - 4 points
3rd - 3 points
4th - 2 points
5th - 1 point

Then they are tallied to see who has the most points.
