File Wont Open Or Delete

    i had problems with this for days now, some files wont even delete, they wont open, so i dont know what to do, they take up space, 1 is a folder, and another is a rar file, when i try to delete it, it says file name is too big, do u want to permy delete it, i say yes, and it says file name is too long, and if i try to open a folder it will not open

    please help

    Try renaming it, or deleting the folder that the file is in. Also scan it for viruses...

    no luck, cant even rename it, doesnt have an option for that, i right click it, all it does it say open delete and something else

    can you right-click it and click properties?

    or does it say the path is too long?

    Not sure, but were you using the file recently? Sometimes it doesn't let you delete files that are being used by other programs, even after you exit. Did you try to do a restart?
