Help With Monitor

    How do I change the hz or whatever on my monitor? Right now its 1280x1024 at 60hz, i wana make it by 75hz.. How :P

    And is it better to have it higher or lower?

    display properties->settings->advanced

    monitor tab

    it depends on what your monitor can take. it is not a matter of more is better, it is rather what works with the monitor

    :eek: How do I know what works with the monitor? :P
    Right now I set it at 75 hertz.. I have an LCD 21" dell screen.
    75 hertz is max it goes :eek:

    I heard that lower refresh rate causes more harm to the eyes, is that true?

    It puts more strain on your eyes being lower so set it as high as it can go to lower the strain.
