I got it when it came out but never played it. I started playing just recently and have become hooked. One of the best MMORPG's ever and to me stands alongside WoW. I would get it NOW! Also it's regularly updated with new things and right now there are some Christmas quests going on. Next year there is meant to be a huge update for it... FREE! :lol:

u dont buy updates, the only thing u have to buy is the game and the expansion when they come out though u dont need the expansion and if u dont buy it it doesnt have any effect on the game except u wont get the new stuff that comes with the expansion ^_^ p.s. the updates are free!
No you dont pay monthly fews for Guild Wars. But for World Of Warcraft you do. I've never played GW, but i was planning to soon enough when i buy it.
i played the game uuhm 6 mnonths ago and was addicted. After i had 3 lvl 20 it became a bit lame so i quited. But if u waan have fn from it for like 4,5 months u can buy it yes. But WoW is much better, believe me.
The new update is going to have more storyline missions woot woot. The storyline in Guild Wars is better than in any other game ive played tbh. But then they are mostly FPS lol.
