Just got a letter through the post today from my ISP (Tiscali) saying out internet usage is too high, and too many large files have been dowloaded in peak periods, Therefor i cannot use the internet between 6PM and 11PM, which sucks so much ass as thats the time this place is most active, and thats the time everyones on MSn and Maplestory. i think its out of order that they have done this, were paying for the internet, and should get the best out of it., but i cant because of them. This may not sound like a big deal to you, but it really is too me. and also im not allowed to use P2P stuff either, but i am right now, im not gonna stop :censored: ...And its christmas time. what do you think about this?
Unless it's stated in your contract that they are allowed to change your access times, that's illegal.
But they RUN the whole company. Hmm, that sucks for you man. I wouldn't know what to do in that time if it happened to me. Hope they let you back on soon. :wub:
Ha ha thats why im with blueyonder, no limits, been upgraded to 10mb at the end of the year and great customer service.
I've been waiting 4 months to be upgraded. But Blueyonder are generally good. Tiscali sucks. My advice.......dump Tiscali and go elsewhere.
Meh, yes, to be honest, that is what i have been downloading these last few weeks. I have had alot of trouble with Tiscali, they suck ass, i wanna get Pipex or Blueyonder or something like that. But its not my connection, its my dads, so i cant do anything with it, my dads annoyed too. But on a lighter note, i just found out i CAN use the net between 6pm and 11pm, im just not allowed to play games or use P2P clients, im stil allowed to surf the net, im not gonna take any notice of it anyway xD
