You can always google for wholesale companies.
The only thing you have to be aware of is the cost. If you are wanting just 1 item a lot of companies wont even entertain you as it would cost more to set it all up than they will make from doing this for you. Most companies only sell in bulk. I tried to set up my own company doing this and found that if i couldn't order in the thousands then it would cost me a fortune. Was quoted £250 for just one T-Shirt with a 2 colour design on it due to the setup costs.

Hmmm. I screenprint stuff (locally), and I know it's a pain to just make one shirt or something. Depending on how many colors you want on it, I have to make different screens. If you have a 17 color design, think about all the screens. Then theres the ink. It's pricey. There has to be a place near your hosue taht does that?

Just go to a local company, easiest solution. Find one that does something called "Digital Transfer". It's not as long-lasting as a screen-print, but they can do much more with it (gradients, lots of colors, etc).
