Wow guys, this shouldn't even be questionable. Buy this tut for sure, Kevin's has some mouthdropping sigs, and it's unbelievable he's offering a tut on this. Thanks dude, I'm unquestionably sending 100 credits.

i would seriously buy looks nice but not enough creds yet

 

this is an ownage tut
really detailed and easy to follow, the only complaint i have is the text is a little hard to read.
other than that its really easy to follow and pick up.
the render effects he did are ownage and i love my outcome
definately worth the buy.
and the smudge brush is really good, and i will use it a lot.
